Multiple types of assignments and evalautions are necessary for online courses to reach all types of learners.  

Keep students engaged in online learning through intersting types of varied assignments and discussion boards. 

I learned the importance of Rubriucs is vital in helping studnts understand your course. They provide specific guidlines and give the instructor a way to measure studnts understanding. Self and peer assessment are also necessry to provide constructive critism. 

I have learned that scaffolding is inportant because it provides structure for student leatrning and focus for student activities. 

I learned that having a similar layout in the template  is imortant. Similar visual, instructional and assessment charactersitics will make it easier for students and the teacher.  

I learned that communication is challenging with E learning.

Set guidlines and parameteers and make sure students understand them. 

I learned that feenback encourages partication, confidence and motivation among the students. The differences betwwen asynchronous and synchronous leearning and what each one is used for. Types of learning styles and their differences. 

I learned that it would be a good idea to introduce yourself by talking about your credentials and possibly your hobbies and interests. Then let the students talk about themsleves through a short biography and get to know each other. Both of these help to proide a meaningful learning experince. 

Online learning takes a teacher who understands all the options and features of the course. Using feedback from students can help to keep the information interesting and appealing. Learning valubale skills that the students can use in the future. Having a sense of accomplishment through elearning is also good for students self esteem.
