Activity
I learned that there are lots of good ways to handle students that act up and that are shy. Also to prepare for class and research the topic that you are teaching to make it easier for you to ask questions and know what you are talking about, just incase they ask you questions
Be sure to keep the sections of study to 15 to 20 min, you don't want to loose the class. prepare, prepare, prepare. Practice what is in your curriculum in front of a mirror and take notes on the changes that you are needing to change.
As a shop manager I have notice that younger people are very shy and reserved. I myself have soft people skills. I love to help and teach my employes. And yes I will be using soft people skills in the class room.
As a leader I feel that I have the personality and also have the want to, to be an Instructor. There is always room to learn more and to also learn about the needs of the students. Also to get feed back from the students at the end of the class to find out wat has been learned.
