Retention involves more than them showing up. The expectation is that they will be involved, faculty must do the same.

I just finished EL105. It was clear, concise and informative. It was nice to take and I liked the ideas for how they set up the rubrics. When I saw the title Relevance and Learning on your comment, it connected with me because technology is so prevalent.

I just finished the course. As I have my masters in Ed Technology, I found this course a great refresher course. It was clear and brought home points that are effective for the online instructor.
