I learned to examine the current tool of communication that I am utilizing and to take the time to deturmine if there are other potentially more efficient ways to communicate. 

Being consistent with the coarse layout really helps the students.  

Providing timely informative feedback is an important component of teaching. 

A pattern to your teaching style can help student catch on to the rhythm of the instructor's method or way of teaching. 

I learned that when teaching online the use of different tools is helpful. 

I learned that multiple ways of evaluating students is needed.

I learned that feedback is vital for students. 

I have learned how important a syllabus is. It allows students an overview of the class, expectation, ways to communicate and so much more. I plan on making sure I have dynamic syllabi for the students. 

I learned the importance of consistency and plan on implementing it in any course I instruct.
