I have learned the importance of keep update about policies and accreditation, also the website that we can visit to be update like Florida Commission for Independent Education.

In this module I learned and reviewed what the institution has to offer and what is the correct way for de Admissions department to explain it. 

I have learned the importance of being organized and do the documentation correctly. It is important to keep every file secured and organized. Also, we have to be very clearly and honest with the prospect and their parents so we can be able to explain all the procedures, policies and requirements. 

I have learned the importance of knowing thew rules, regulations, and correct process as an admission agent. Is vitally to follow the correct procedures to assure a quality service. I will keep myself update about any change.
