Being mindfulness and practicing positive intervention strategies are key to be a successful and positive instructor. 

Knowing the self strength and weakness is the diagnosis that one can choose to treat in the intention to contribute in a positive well-being. 

In terms of overall well-being of students and instructor, instructor must be a role model to showcase positive attitude including creating welcoming environment with greetings and communications can build positive mindset within the student body.

Positive mindset with intending to contribute your best to students, colleagues, and administration can make a positive successful instructor.

Interpersonal skills and communication skills are interconnected, effective use of both certainly crucial for an educator. 

To be a successful instructor, interpersonal skills are very crucial to communicate effectively with students and adults within the organization. 

As hard skill is an initial step to enter a profession, soft skills are very crucial to become a successful individual within the profession.  Specifically, having common sense would allow you on the decision making and problem solving at regular basis matter. Dependability and integrity both are interconnected to make you to strive to be better everyday, loyal to yourself and others, and best serve the purposes. 

Soft must be practiced by any instructors with their students, colleagues, and administrators to be an overall successful instructor. 

Soft skill is very crucial for education setting and must be practiced by both the educators and learners to be a successfully fulfill their purposes.  

Learner love feedback specially positive feedbacks. By implementing stealth assessments into the gaming/simulations would allow students get an immediate feedback that can motivate to be further challenged.
