The training I recieved the last couple of days was extremely helpful. I learned new policies that I was unaware of and I have a better understanding of accomadating students with disabilities. I will use what I've learned and apply it to my work every day. I want to make sure I enroll great students who are a fit for the school and help them along the way.

I think the Admissions process is probably the same given a few minor details. Admissions will require the same documents and verbage when speaking with students. Clarifying the accreditation, disclousres and consumer information is ideal. You can also give students the link to the website to access that information

Learning about the FERPA regulations was great. It is important to implement these requirements each time I speak with students. I also learned about the seperation of duties. I think having the seperation of duties allows us as Admissions reps to service the students to the best of our ability and not have to worry about information overload. This was a great course
