It was interesting to go over multiple evaluation methods in one discussion. It gives you opportunity  to look into each and ones differences and importance they have for institution. 

 I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the distinction between summative and formative assessment . Also it  provided clear insights into how to create and structure a well-organized rubric. 

I have learned about Scaffolding which has good approach to student learning and is very helpful method to focus on as instructor. 

  Learning-objects database is very important during online teaching the instructor does not always have to develop the learning objects, it can be develop by the institution you work and will allow students to move through the course more easily, and learn from it. It can include videos, files, graphics and other educational stuff.
