Activity
Its an interesting fact , that not only the students are our internal customers but the other departments as well. Fostering open communication and working with all departments on campus is essential to the students and campus success.
Its true , i will not return to a store with poor customer service. I believe the customer have a right to choose the business that goes above and beyond to make the visit special and comfortable. A smile, a welcome are simple effective ways to start.
I just completed CM105 and found it very informative. I plan to implement what i have learned. Following the rules and regulations can only happen if staff is aware of rules and regulations.
