Mary, what I really found was what I didnt know about blogging and related assessments. Its amazing all the preparation, considerations and behavior considerations that go into the planning and execution of social networking and education!

I will be totally honest in that this EL111 course really opened my eyes when it comes to understanding how to structure and provide accessibility to disabled students and those needing special accomodations. This was extremely difficult course and no cutting corners. I really had to go intense into the material to really understand the real complexity of the disabled learner and I did.

I have had several of these online training courses now but I must say that my experience this time EL108 was outstanding in that it really had an impact not only what I thought I knew about online technology and facilitation techniques but what I didnt know. I do believe at this point I can handle challenged students much more effectively.

I just took el101 and found the questionally abnormally difficult, in that they could have really went either way on 3 of them depending on the notes I had taken and the research available.

As far as creating the content and improving the content I never thought we had so many logical choices for performing course revisions like the sources of data, various eval methods and both quantitive and qualitative data.

I totally agree! This was the best course I have had in some time at AIU. I have been here for 12 years. It simply made me realize ways to improve even after being here so long. Continual improvement is the name of the game.
