That instructors learn and benefit from the mistake they make by making notes of the mistake and how they were resolved 

that when a student is disrupting the learning of others, shoulde be dismissed from the course, 

the common ways students cheat: 

- copy from neighors paper 

- use notes written on clothing,skin,or small cards 

- store answers on computers or calculators

- claim instructor lost exam

- plagiarize someones work  

that when working with stedent who blame others fro their problems, i can help them to own the responsibility for comppleting assignments, projects, and activities. That working in groups; they can see the value of contributions from everyone, including themselves. 

that the biggest motivator for students as they start a new course, is teamwork, 

always be opened for your students.
