In light of COVID-19, I have learned some valuable tips I will apply to working with my students and colleagues.

I agree. Delegation is part of any manager's job. It give the manager an opportunity to see which team member has the best potential to advance in the organization and allows a manager to see who can handle certain tasks when the manager needs to be away from the office.

The coaching leader is efective because he or she can model the behavior that is expected of the employees. I always let my team know that I would not ask them to perform a task that I would not also do myself. As a leader, you must be willing to work as hard or harder than everyone on the tem in order to have the credibility needed to build a great team.
