taking this course allowed me to take the time to refresh our business ethics, to clearly define expectations and commitments and to uphold the laws and regulations of our company and communities, not only that but to also grow and contribute to the common good (there is always space for better). to always provide customer satisfaction with an open and accurate communication at every level of ourself and our organization.
