Self management and other lifelong learning skills are integral to professional growth
Having students work in teams but having an individual assessment can be one way of assuring more equal participation
Writing skills are important, even in technical careers, and opportunities can be creative such as presentations and reports, not just papers.
Giving students the opportunity and resources for creativity in their own learning process is necessary
The resource section was a great addition. I look forward to creating ways to incorporate rubrics for class discussions.
Designing a holistic rubric for hands on mini assessments and not just clinicals will be very helpful to students.
Developing a lesson plan after reviewing/creating your evaluation is an excellent teaching tool to utilize
I found the Competency Table link so informative. I look forwarded to using this information to create more interactive opportunities for students to demonstrate their knowledge applications.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
