I have learned that the placement department plays a pivotal role in a student success. Career services and admissions will assist with motivating students.

I have learned that students become more engaged when staff becomes more involved, and this will reduce retention.

I have learned that providing mentoring is the key to the student's success.

I have learned that it is important to provide the student with all the tools and information to allow them to be successful. Retention starts with the beginning of the process and it's important to review the check list with them. 

I have gained great knowledge throughout this course. Students should be treated with respect and dignity. Being complaint allows the potential student to trust the institution and its core values.

It is important to be in compliance, so the potential student does not loose trust in the school and employee. 

Provide factual information when speaking to students .

I have learned to be accurate and stick to facts .

It is important to be transparent and provide accurate information.
