I am have been a educator at high school and college level for15 years; my background is in business and art. Just because I can I am currently studying instructional design (graduate certficate) at University of Florida and working on building online program for Doral College. Faculty chair at Doral College, a small non-profit college in Miami, FL.
Learner engagement and hybrid courses are key interests. I'm in the middle of rolling out Schoology for our college! It is a lot of fun!
