Strategy execution is a very interesting class that give us practical tools in order to plan strategies in a company or a school. One of the tools given was a SWOT matrix which I believe is very useful in strategic planning. A SWOT matrix helps you conduct and internal and external analysis of a company in order to identify key issues that need to be addressed. I am currently leading a Campus Effectiveness Plan at my institution an conducting a swot analysis was a very interesting exercise that gave as situational profile of our campus.
