I learned that as you manage the revision cycle, it is important that you have a plan of action to review your course.  I also learned that you should always evaluate your course.

I learned about the importance of developing an assessment plan, and the difference between formative assesment and summative assessment. 

I learned that communication is the key component of an online course and good learning in any environment.  I also learned that utilizing technlogy to help communicate what students need to know and assess how well they know the material through several different communication channels.

I learned that developing a course framework is important for students in the learning process.  It should be done with careful planning to ensure thatr the course content supports the course learning objective.

In this module, I learned that there are different types of behaviors from e-learners, such as noisy, quiet, disruptive, intimidators and procrastinators.  

I learned about synchronous and asynchronous meetings and the importance of both in order to engage students.

I learned about making the experience more personal for students, and to also take the time to get to know them as well.

I learned a lot about the format of the online structure as well as some of the factors that can cause students to become frustrated.  I also learned about the importance of familiarizng myself with course delivery techniques and strategies.
