I like to start them out as if they are in the real world and let them know what their boss is going to expect out of them. Professionalism starts at school.
I felt this information was very informable, and I feel like I got a lot of information. I will be able to use this information in my future with McCann.
I also learned that coming from one schoold to another makes a lot of difference on how they want you to train the students. When you come from a school that wants you to hand feed them to another that they have to deserve what they learn makes a big difference. Its sometimes hard to change.
This information has made me understand more of what is expected from me, by not only my students but from myself

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
