this module has given me ideas for how to incorporate different types of evaluations when revising my course. 

I'm learning about different ways to provide feedback and the importance of specific feedback to help students learn. 

I've learned some different strategies to facilitate participation in online groups. 

Consistency is key! I intend to review and revise my syllabus from a student's perspective to ensure the information is easily understandable. 

changing the activity or doing a status assessment when students are restless/not engaged

revising my powerpoints with the 10-20-30 rule

Doing more reflection on what my personality/teaching style is and how to reach each student.
