Once you realize if you maintain an ethical, honest school, you will maintain the trust of students.  

If you have noncompliance as well as misrepresentation, you will lose the students trust in you as well as their trust in trade schools in general. Transparency and compliance is always the way to go.  

Transparency is a way to make sure there are no misrepresentations.  If you use facts and statistical information, there will be no confusion.  

Anytime you misrepresent, you are leading with false information that will eventually lead to confusion and loss of trust.  Superlative statements do not really say anything substantial. 

Transparency is the way to go.  If everyone is familiar with the catalog and the enrollment agreement, there will no struggle in answering questions or concerns.
