I love how they talk about Career Readiness starting in the admissions process. 

I love the "retention state of mind" comment. 

Love mentor programs :-) They work and help with retention. 

I love the self check or assessment. It helps the student understand more about the field and helps the Admissiosn team determine what type of interview to give. 

In person offers are not an option when hiring remote. They should discuss remote employees. 

I love mini teaching lessons as part of the job interview. I have been doing this for years. 

I am surprised they are talking about posting an ad in the newspaper. Does anyone still do this? 

I like doing an interview with current faculty and gather knowledge that way.
