Soft skills enhance the meaning and understanding of communication. We must model the effective uses of non-verbal communication to support the learner to develop these skills. This training tied together the connection between time management, collaboration and teamwork. 

Having the learners be a part of the construction of the rubrics helps build their learning autonomy. Their perspective of how they understand what they are being held accountable for can enhance the validity of the rubrics.
