As an instructor and have a long practical experience in the optical industry as a dual license optician and optical business owner and general manager abroad, I think by sharing your success and failures and the reasons behind them is the milestone of inspiring students for success. Also, by using the technology in our life practice and its challenges may convert cons into pros. I personally, if I do have the technology resources that's available now, it will make a significant positive change in my own business and will add more achievements.
