In ED102, I learned how to apply retention methods so the students so they could retain what they learned. If we show values and respect the students and manage them individually then the retention can be successful. More than a syllabus or course content it is necessary to know that why are they here and what they want. I can apply this experience to my current online courses that I am teaching and I am sure that can work more towards the retention methods in the students.
