I learned that one of the main purpose of giving a test to students is to measure what students do know or don't 

Questioning is great for teaching. Many students can have the possibility of being vague and non detailed and it can allows me as an instructor to understand the psychological aspect of my students. 

accommodation is very helpful for students with disabilities to help them reach success and have a stable and brighter future. I understand it requires more effort and attention but the results have a greater value 

Planning and preparing always help to be more organized, and it is Vital for student success.

It was helpful to understand the difference between license, certificate, certification, and degree. 

Seeking students to participate in creating learning objectives is very effective to get them engaged and motivated 

The Safety of students is highly important for a good successful classroom environment. Apply routine drills and having security on campus will make students feel secure and Ager to learn  

Building professional educational relationships within the classroom boundaries to help them overcome their challenges. Know your students strengths and weaknesses is also a great help to address their success 

The need of having an advisory committee and on campus mentors does help a lot to face your challenges as a new teacher, but also prepare you to become a better teacher in the future in regards to building lesson plans or a sudden change in curriculum 

Setting Expectation, boundaries and playing a role model in classrooms in my point of view is highly important. I enjoyed learning the professional perspective of these sides.
