Our work in the institution is important since we are the first person who provides them with support, answers their doubts and gives them information. If we do not have knowledge about the norms and rules, we cannot transparently guide future students.

How important is the admissions training courses focuses and doing the righ thing and following all the regulatory guidelines.

 

The importance of setting and maintaining a Resource Notebook with critical and current information.

The statutes governing Florida, the purpose, commission for independent education. How far can I go if I am an agent. How much knowledge to acquire and put into practice. I have learned the importance of using the correct terms in the admissions process. My participation within the institution as an admissions representative and how I am perceived in this position. 

It is important to know the type of marketing and if it aligns with what we say, to know what to do or not to do.

It is important to know the external regulations and also those of the institution and have clear information so as not to give bad information.

Advertising must be real and accurate as well as the information we indicate.

It is important to only provide students with facts about the school and its program and not lie or give unrealistic information. Therefore, we must have constant training that helps them understand the best response options for different scenarios.

I learned that we must stay updated with the information not only about the institution but also the rules and laws established by the education commission.
I will apply the checklist to be able to have an order in the changes and updates that are generated.

I learned that it is important to be involved with all areas of the institution in a practical way to better understand the process.
