This module reminded me that font and size are an important part of presenting information in online learning.  All students must be able to read the text in the course module.  Text size should be easily readable as well as the fonts. things should only be in bold and italics in order to help emphasize important information.  The module also expressed that font sizes, types, and styles must also be consistent across all modules utilized within the course you are instructing.

In this module I learned that it is extremely important to make sure students are informed that there can be an "Ask three before me" peer question format to get clarity on certain subjects or content covered. Students can have the opportunity to ask questions of their fellow peers before directing some of their inqui to myself the teacher. You can assign a "buddy or partner" to assist in smaller questions other students may have to he'll clarify any work that many be assigned.

I learned that you must be able to coordinate the learning activities in such a way that the shy and reluctant learners are excited to participate in their online learning journey.

This module instructs becoming closer to your students and sharing your background and personal information to bring each student closer to trusting you in their learning process...This does not apply to my working situation as this is called "undue familiarity"  and is cause for termination. I did however find it useful when speaking of  the importance of projecting your authority in order to build confidence and trust with your students in an online forum.

That this program will require even more one on one instruction in order for my ESL and ABE learners to navigate using a web based program instructed format. I'm hopefully that it will be an easy challenge for them to navigate and get used to in order to help further their education.
