I think oral assessments could be used more in nursing; especially with AI making it easier to cheat on written assignments. 

I think it's important that these assessments help with critical thinking. 

I think formative assessment is especially important in helping students learn. This is how they know what areas to improve in. It helps them be successful in their summative assessment at the end of the course. 

I will definitely implement more exercise and meditation into my daily routine.
