Good Customer Service in institutions is important especially when conducting interviews or when a one on one conversation with the student is being done. Turn off all distractions and give your attention and focus on the student to show them that they are important.

Positive customer service  for the students has an affect on the future of the student, the institution and the community. The customer service the student receives will reflect in their future employment. The employers impression of the student will reflect on the institution.

Consumer feedback is important, Negative feedback could cost you business but it can also give you incentive  to make adjustments so the negativity does not continue.
