There may be potential students that we are not converting to application or better yet graduates do to outdated admissions processes. 

Various wesites such as the Florida CIE that give updated information.  The importance of organizational charts to be familar with what each department does. 

The various ways a school can utilize their marketing. Also the importance of introducing new students to the career service and education directors. 

That the enrollment agreement must be reviewed with the student to ensure they are aware of the cost, length of the program, start date, name of the program, ect. 

Keeping up to date on the various definations associated with an enrollment specialist. 

I have updated my knowledge on the different definations that an enrollment specialist must know on a consistant basis.  I also acknowledge that I need to continue to learn about any updates that the CIE imposes.
