Safety is a must and has to be practiced over and over or it gets lost and accidents happen. 

I believe in sound ruberics that make the course expectations and assements  spelled out clearly.

With different learning styles it is a challenge but very rewarding to recognize differencers and successful outcomes.

We can use all domains in one way or another resulting in students success. Every student is different and learns in a variety of ways.

All domains need to be applied and results will vary as every student is diferent.

Always be careful in granting extra credit. It can come back to bite you if it is deemed unfair by some studetns.

As an educator you will need tobe able to adapt in the moment and recognize engaged and non engaged students.

Intigrating our senses was a great tool that can be used to improved students retention of content presented.

Preparation is everything and incorperating real world experiences into the classroom is huge when you teach career focused classes.
