In this segment I was taught to help more students find a strong and highly succesful EMT/Paramedic program by encouraging enrolled students to refer their friends.

Making sure the student knows they have recources and options available to them gives them a more clear persepective and it give them a comforting feeling. 

Be the student's listener to get a better understanding of where they are coing from. Make them feel like you are there for them.

I learned to build a relationship with prosepctive students and make them feel prioritized.
