Prepare and pratice your lecture, make sure  they have a verity of leaening styles.  Demonsrations should  be 5 to  7 steps. 

There are many different types of questions which allow for different skills to be used in answering.

Great teachers ask great questions that inspire students. Plan questions for different levels and allow students time to answer.

Students learning is impacted by the time they grew up and teachers need to consider different styles to reach all students.

Flipped Classrooms require students to rewiew and prepare the material before class.

engage with students, learn there names and always have a positive attitude.

Be prepared, get to know your students name and tell them a little about yourself

It's important tp prepare, arrive early and be able to answer all their concers

Be supportive, encouraging, lead by example and always expand your knowledge
