leading by example is important in order to run a classroom effectively.

Motivating students is important in order for the students to get the most out of the education. As a professor I can help by understanding when motivation is necessary based on involvement as well as keeping myself motivated.

This scission was a great reminder on the importance of properly reaching your audience.  One great way to engage one's class is to tell a story that may help to support class content and to help the students visualize the concept.

I learned a lot throughout this course including the importance of understanding patient demographics in order to better help them learn.
