I learned about different types of teaching styles and what is more effective for students. I also learned the importance of providing feedback.

I learned about organization and consistancy.

I learned about technology and making sure the technology is conducive to the learning process. The technology should support, not hinder, the teaching and learning process.

I learned that providing meaningful feedback supplements and reinforces the learning process.

I learned about scaffolding and how it provides structure for student learning and focus for student activities.

What I learned the most was consistency using existing formats and templates.

I learned about consistency in developing formats and templates.

I learned about effective record keeping and counseling by email.

I learned about the importance of asynchronous and synchronous discussions in an online class and when to use them.

One thing i learned from this module was to post a biography telling about my Academic Credentials, Professional Experiances and Achievements.
