Managing a good creative room would be to allow the room to be open, lots of windows, light and space. If the students want to work in teams that would be helpful however, some students prefer to work alone.

Good Managers are hard to find and once you get them difficult to train.

I do like the reward system. Posting gold stars and badges of growth are fun for adults too.

To be able to support our students online, we should be able to use Teams or Zoom whichever the campus uses. 

Be aware of every single student. Let them know you are holding space for them.

Very interesting information.

Campus culture includes the student.

Students can be a reflection of their instructor.

Students love attention. Attention is awareness.

Daycare for children of students seems to be an ongoing issue. It is important to know all issues our students are experiencing.
