It is important for the instructor to allow for multiple options for class activities to cater to the different learning styles and TC colors personality traits; having said that, many course (especially in the online format) at the universities today tend to be develop by structural designers in a more standardized fashion that in my opinion tend to take away from the instructors vs students possibilities of adapting and accommodating their personality traits to set their learning needs.
I was interesting learning about how there is a connection between the ION and the TC colors personality traits.
The true color personality traits are an interesting approach to understanding our teaching styles and also the learning styles of our students.
It was interesting to learn about the different theories regarding personality traits and how these have evoved thryu the years but still maintain certain level of correlation among their categories.
It is important to understand that there are different styles of learners and different styles of teaching and both are needed to be taken into consideration when properly and effectively engaging the students in the online classrooms!
There are different ways to deal and solve any problems with difficult students within the classroom. Having said that, it is important to keep the communications private, maintain a record, follow the school guidelines and always try to deescalate the situation.
It is important to show your teaching presence in the classroom by avidly participating in the asynchronous discussions and making sure that you understand the different types of students participation interactions in the classroom.
An instructor's teaching presence in the classroom is an important aspect of supporting the students while at the same time effectively connecting with the students to promote the learning experience!

It is important that instructors familiarize themselves with the CMS and also instructors need to be able to properly adjust the course delivery methods to their own particular teaching styles while abiding by the course content and delivery best practices.
