Development is a very collaborative process that the employee and supervisor must equally participate in.  

No team can rely on only a couple of personalities for success.  gathering multiple types of individuals with different skill sets can ensure success in the objective at hand.  

Successes and failures are shared, it is important to discuss the potential for both prior to starting so that everyone is on the same page.  Once complete, everyone should be able to own and share in the failure, or celebrate and acknowledge the success!

Outside of Boomers, technology can really be used to our advantage in communication.  Most work-related communication will need to be done during work hours, but you can expect quick responses.  

All generations are different and you can't talk/work with them all the same way.  Most of the clients we are working with are Gen Z and we need to ensure that they understand what we can do for them on a global perspective.
