ML 135 Time Management

I found the course to be a useful tool to utilize with my staff members on my other job. I have a system that I already use to assist myself with being organized and since it works for me I am not going to change. I do however see how this system could be beneficial for my staff and/or peers.

Getting Management to Feed into Stress Management on the Job

Often times managers are so high strung themselves for meeting the demands of the work place until they are too busy to recognize a need to discuss stress levels with staff. What is the best practice to get managers on board with being mindful of need to monitor employees stressors?
