Listening and collaborating with a team is very important, no matter what difference of opinions there are we must be willing and able to listen to those around us.

Each student no matter their generation has a preferred method of communication. When referring to admissions we should work with the student through all communication outlets to best fit the student. 

Understanding each generation and adapting to how they communicate and receive information is vitally important to achieving goals.
