As discussed in the training, ethical issues are to be respected throughout an institution. While standards may be differed in each institution, but relying on ethical values to ensure respect in an institution can prevent violations or conflicts to happen.

This part of the training provides me a general review about the regulations that a school must respect such as accreditaton and licensing requirements that are important to be in compliance.  

I understand that students may have their rights to transfer credits taken from another institution to a new one, but it must be up to the new institution to make that decision. In addition, making false promises or providing incorect information to incoming  students can lead to significant consequences for the school.
