I learned different ways to keep the students engaged, how to communicate with students, if they may have family or other problems how to help or address them

I learned that both Asynchronous and synchronous methods are both essential for different students and their ability to learn different ways, I understand that here are specific ways to continue to learn and teach students and professional ways to address them in the online setting.

 I have  learned  creating professional experiences and relationships with students will be beneficial so they can feel comfortable in reaching out in time of need, I also learned to write a biography shortly so students will understand my professionalism and accomplishments.

online learning is helpful if the instructor can help the student to navigate through the electronic system used, its very helpful to keep students in the know of exactly what is to be expected, how things work and what to do if they need help .

I learned confidence and the delivery way of each lecture is different  on each student, not everybody learns the same way and not everybody studies the same way, to teach and learn different techniques for each student it helps them all to learn the way that is best for them.

I learned to set the general tone of your classroom in the beginning ,introducing yourself and making sure the students are aware of the rules, policies, syllabus and expected guidelines for the course.

I learned from this to be prepared  helps to make the day smoother and help to keep the day organized as well as to stay on task.

I have learned to be on top of the subject matter, make sure to be organized and on time, stay professional and be courteous and understanding of your students. Always continue learning in different ways.
