we teach anatomy and physiology in medical assisting and using a program that shows the 3D of the human body and the difffernt layers is so interesting to the students

Besides my staff having times set for goals to be set I need timelines I work much more effciently knowing how much time I have to get things done. Especially when the goal or activity is something I am not crazy about doing if I have a timeline I will get it done otherwise it may sit on my desk for weeks. I like to priortize daily what I need to do and get it done especially in am when my mind is still sharp.

I totally agree once you know your staff's learing styles you have a better picrture of how to handle certian situations with them and how to motivate them to improve there performance. It also helps me understand them as an individual and how they think.

n It depends on the issue you are dealing with sometimes you need to help with the workload to show someone how to deal with workload and ways to oraganize. sometimes helping  them does not necessarily improve outcome becaseu they may rely on your to help them all the time.

I agree you need to know your staff to make sure you know how to handle them effectively nothing is black and white but some managers feel it is and that is how they handle their staff.

I agree motivating students can be challenging especially with today's students and the use of technology. trying to keep thinking the way they do and seeing what motivates the young learners is key in motivation in the classroom

Retention and attention to the students is key remembering one thing about the student is important for student reteniton

I believe that all faculty should be present during orientation it gives the student a good first impression and it also makes the first day a little eaiser for the student.

Most of the students come in with pre conceptions about school and having a positive attitude towards their learning really does make a differnce.
