Regulations and bans are put into place with the students best interest in mind, such as the incentive for enrollment ban.

While each individual department has its own priorities and points of focus, Opening communication and being sure each department is working together towards the same ultimate goal must be the focus for best results. 

FAO's are trusted and should use that trust to direct students with integrity and in their best interest. 

When a student leaves it's important they go with all the information to make sure they can repay their loans and understand the payment schedule they are commiting to. 

Exit counsuling is very important when a student is graduating. 

Giving students information over a period of time can help with retention, versus giving a large amount of information at once and overwheming the student. 

Reporting and keeping records is highest priority. 

One represenative can cause the institution to recieve fines or even suspension, its important for everyone to be compliant and up to date on rules. 

Represendting your facility accuratly and honestly is key, knowing the rules and regulations will keep you from misleading. 

Fine-tuning your process is key to making sure the whole experience for the student is seamless and smooth.
