I learned that having the center- stage student be the observer is a very clever concept. I think I would use this concept during my classes. 

I have learned that there are different types of online students. The quiet student, the noisy students, the procrastinators and the intimidating students. As an instructor I will be more mindful to recognize these kinds of students and be aware so that I will be able to deal with these students appropriately.

I don't always just have to provide encouragement as feedback. I have learned that I can also provide constructive criticism when necessary.

The student knowing they're supported will help them to be better e learners. I woul make every attempt to assit the student by providing the students with extra tutorials, additional meeting times.

This section outlines students and individuals with disabilitie. I have learned that even though persons may have the same disabilities their abilities may differ. It is important to look at each person individually for their own abilitie.

I have learned that there are different types of methods to teaching older adults and young adults. I would apply the skills that were discussed to the specific age range of student. I have also learned that there are students with cultural differences. It would be important to repeat the information provided during lecture so that the student understands the information.

I have also learned there is a different approac( when applying teaching methods to adult learners and young adults.

There is a difference between expectations and requirements. 
Ice breakers are helpful because they get the students talking and interacting with each other. Ice breakers also help students relaxand feel more comfortable.

as an instructor I must work hard to select the most viable method of delivering information to students. different stlyes keep students interested and focused

Students should have an idea of where they are going. Students should know their classmates and become a little more Comfortable. Students should also know that you care as an instructor about their success
