I learned that course work should be consitent and a pattern for lesson should be established.

Providing students feedback in a timely manaer is important.

I learned that asynchronus  is more in depth and synchronus can be done at the students own pace.

I learned that just because you have assess to alot of technology functions. That dosen't mean to use all of them.

That there are different way to evaluate course work and to use a variety of methods.

Providing a rubric is important for students and the teacher. Allowing students to use rubric to check others work and make changes to their own is important.

I learned that scaffolding provides structure for student learning and focus for student activities.  Scaffolding allow students to build upon their prior knowledge, experiences, and skills with new knowledge presented in the online course.

That all learning modules should have the same format.

To remeber that students have different learning styles, and to know how to deal with each student in a responsible way.

You have to foster feedback by providing feedback regularly. Beecause you can;t see the individual like in a regular classroom setting to make sure that students understand.
