I finished college at the age of 20. I have been to different areas of my career. Through the years, I found out , teaching is my passion , so I develop myself in this category. My learning interest is classroom management. I like to become an effective instructor.
Activity
I enjoyed this class so much and surely will be taking some more. Truly very helpful to professional advancement/growth. Making myself a role model for organization in the class,I noticed I have influenced my students to do the same . They have a written requirement to submit every week. At the first few weeks,i observed that they really don't pay attention to the order of their assignment. As they saw how I organized their paperworks submitted to me, I noticed lately that their requirements were well arranged according to topics that it even made easier for me to go over… >>>

Recently , I have an experience dealing with an angry student .This class confirmed what I did was right. I gave a listening ear to the student , let her vent her frustration and get the help of another instructor as well, not dorgetting the documentation part.
