I have looked at the areas where our faculty struggle in some casses such as classroom management and teaching methodologies.  Last year those were two of the biggest areas of concern.  I had faculty enroll in those CEE classes that addressed these subjects.  Another area of interest is retention.  I just had our faculty enroll in RT102 to assist them with retention issues.  This will help them develop a better new student orientation and understand student issues and concerns in that first week of the academic quarter.  So far the faculty have enrolled in the same CEE classes at the same time.
