I learned how important it is to treat all students as individuals.

I learned the importance of accommodations and the impact they will make on the students.  

I have learned the differences between PSDT and TBI, as well as how it can affect an individual and how to recognize each condition.

This gives me a better understanding of PTSD and how I can help my students suffering from the issues that may arise from this.

I learned that taking notes about mistakes made, lectures, presentations, and activities done in class can help prevent from making the same mistake multiple times as well as help you grow as an instructor.

I have learned that even though it may be hard to do and a rare situation, a time may come when you have to remove a student from your course for the good of the class. 

I have learned that some students like to be the center of attention and ways to control their behaviors in class.

Setting clear due dates in the syllabus for my students will help prevent missing and late assignments. 

Different student learn in different ways and that by implementing many different learning styles in my courses, my students will have the best chance at success.

I have learned that motivating the students is a very important part of being a teacher.
